With his zest for architecture and his eagerness to take on a challenge, it’s no wonder David Duman is primarily charged with managing the most complex projects. As a child, David didn’t just draw houses like the other kids did – he measured the rooms, then drew detailed floor plans. Going above and beyond describes his work ethic perfectly. When designing municipal and governmental structures, he seeks to add valuable details without adding to the budget. A good example is his work for the Mesquite Animal Center and Adoption facility that revolutionized the way animals are adopted there. Instead of viewing the animals through cages, dogs and cats are brought out individually to meet their potential adoptive parents. It’s this kind of thinking that has propelled David to the top of his profession and keeps him at the top of our organization.
