As one of our largest projects, the service center provided the opportunity to explore a multitude of design elements. The final design included the following:
- 80,000-square-foot facility, 14-acre site
- $10,000,000 estimated construction cost
- Two-story, 31,000-square-foot administration building
- 13,660 sf central city warehouse
- 18,128-square-foot fleet maintenance service center
- 6,100-square-foot animal shelter
- 12,800-square-foot storage building
- Vehicle wash and fuel island
- Screen walls, fences and security gates
- Lube pit, lifts and overhead crane
- Petroleum distribution
The $9.83 million facility is home to more than 250 employees and almost 400 vehicles and pieces of equipment.
