A large part of what we do is renovating existing buildings for our clients. One shining example of this is the Acme Brick showroom in Euless, Texas. With a goal of combining the existing Dallas and Fort Worth staff into one location, Acme Brick needed space for approximately 50 people with conference facilities to handle regional meetings and training for up to 60 people at a time.

In addition to renovating the existing structure, we added a showroom and reception area that incorporates a conference area for client meetings. The space also provides a display area for Acme's residential and commercial products, while the area in front of the building features pavers and brick that serve as examples for customers.

The area is fully landscaped and provides a welcoming atmosphere for those shopping for masonry products. The total land area is 2.5 acres with a 12,625-square-foot showroom and 4,500-square-foot addition.

Date of completion: 2005
Square footage: 17,125
Cost of project: $2,568,000
