Senior Project Architect
Quorum Architects, Inc. is seeking a talented Senior Project Architect to grow with the firm and thrive in an innovative, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment while developing well-rounded skills. The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ of experience working on residential housing projects, both renovation, multi-family, and ground up projects throughout the great state of Texas.

Education and Professional Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited architectural program
Strong team player with the ability to work directly with clients and consultants
Must exhibit high level design, written, and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a collaborative environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and delegate a multitude of tasks, assignments and changing priorities efficiently
Core knowledge of construction detailing and the ability to develop a complete set of construction documents (plans and specifications)
Perform construction administration and show proven ability to manage project from design to close out
Proficiency in the following software is preferred
Revit and AutoCAD
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam
