Architectural Project Manager

Experience: 3–10 Years | Location: Fort Worth (near downtown) | Full-Time

Quorum Architects, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Architectural Project Manager to join our growing Municipal and Animal Care Design studios. This leadership position offers the opportunity to lead on impactful and meaningful projects, including public works administration, fleet maintenance, recreation centers, animal shelters and adoption centers, boarding facilities, and veterinary clinics.

This role provides a path for growth within the firm, working in an innovative, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment focused on delivering thoughtful design solutions that improve communities—and lives.  We are looking for a project manager who has experience with establishing relationships with clients, managing project teams and budgets, developing proposals, and designing/producing construction documents.  This position requires a professional who can guide projects from initial pursuit and programming through design construction administration and project closeout while remaining actively involved in project projection.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.

  • Architectural licensure is preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing architectural projects, preferably municipal, civic, public-sector, animal care, veterinary, or related facility types.

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects from programming and design through construction administration and closeout.

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.
