David founded Quorum in 1992 with four friends/architects. He helped grow the firm for 31 years before retiring in 2023.
David is a natural leader – clients and staff enjoyed working with him, his wit and positive outlook. Retail, higher education, housing and governmental clients returned to him again and again for his ability to translate their goals with design solutions that exceeded their expectations.
These days, David enjoys his home in the Texas hill country and traveling with family and friends. An outdoor enthusiast, he loves mountain biking, hiking, and skiing.
His legacy of taking care of the people who work at Quorum and the people that Quorum works for defines the firm’s culture today.
