Branch Connection Active Adult Center

After working with the City on the award-winning Community Recreation Center renovation, Farmers Branch enlisted Quorum to provide architecture and interior design services for the renovation of a former senior center into an active adult center. The City requested a hospitality-inspired design to attract adults aged 50 and older while accommodating the Center’s extensive programs and activities.

The 21,850 square foot renovation includes a library and a theater among the many flexible spaces designed for billiards, games, fitness, dancing, and arts and crafts activities. A spacious ballroom washed in natural light provides the perfect backdrop for special gatherings. With a new commercial kitchen and a fully equipped hospitality bar, the Center is the perfect venue for social and community events of any size.

The renovation also includes an executive conference room, a dedicated space for hosting the City’s monthly Senior Advisory Board meetings and other civic functions.
