Dublin Residential Unit Renovations

Quorum’s Affordable Housing Design team provided architectural design, construction documentation, and construction administration services for the renovation of two residential units for the Dublin Housing Authority, located approximately two hours south of Fort Worth.

Our team delivered comprehensive renovation services for both units, including updated kitchen cabinetry, electrical upgrades, and new flooring, all enhancing comfort, functionality, and quality of life for residents. The 1,135-square-foot Austin unit features a three-bedroom layout and received additional interior improvements. The second unit is a 627-square-foot Ireland unit with a one-bedroom configuration. Each renovated with one objective in mind, to create modern and comfortable environments for residents and their families.
