Tormenta Rampaging Run
Six Flags Over Texas’ Tormenta Rampaging Run is a record-breaking rollercoaster located in the newly added Spanish Village, Rancho de la Tormenta, welcoming those brave enough to test the bull by the horns.
This one-of-a-kind attraction is the world’s tallest, fastest, and first-and-only giga dive coaster. Tormenta Rampaging Run drops riders 285 feet at a 95-degree angle, reaching speeds up to 87 miles per hour before looping through the highest Immelmann inversion ever built at 218 feet and a 179-foot vertical loop.
Quorum Architects supported this first-of-a-kind attraction, providing architectural and planning services, including locating the coaster on the site, foundation design, and consultant coordination.
