This 16,500-square-foot Solid Waste Fleet maintenance facility was built from the ground up after the City of Denton outgrew the existing two-bay waste fleet shop. The goal was to enhance operational efficiency, increase workspace capacity, and improve overall functionality. Quorum successfully delivered a modern fleet maintenance facility providing a durable, efficient workspace designed to support long-term solid waste operations and vehicle maintenance needs.

The new fleet shop includes three offices, a breakroom, six air-conditioned service bays, and a parts shop supporting daily operations. Our team of interior designers thoughtfully curated furniture, fixtures, and finishes that aligned with the City’s standards and supported the facility’s daily needs, creating a welcoming and efficient environment for staff.
